WHAT TYPES OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

We currently only accept credit cards, but expect to offer debit card and direct checking account debiting within the coming months. Schools and other institutions may also apply for a Purchase Order account.

WHAT IS THE MINIMUM ORDER?

There is none.

WHAT IS THE VOLUME DISCOUNT?

All BOGOFOOD shoppers are entitled to a volume discount applied to purchases as follows:

• 4% off total of $250 or more
• 6% off total of $500 or more
• 8% off total of $750 or more.

WHAT IS OUR REFUND POLICY?

We take pride in the quality of our products. That's why your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed. At the time of pick-up or delivery, we ask that you check frozen and refrigerated items to make sure your packages contain the products you've ordered. If, at any time you are dissatisfied with any item, please contact us -- we wan't to make it right. Replacements or refunds are typically processed in the subsequent order cycle.
