How does delivery work?
Check out by Wednesday at 11am and select a delivery window for your area. On Saturday, a BOGOFOOD driver will bring the order to your door and hand you an itemized receipt.
Please note that in order to meet our delivery times for all of our customers, drivers can't wait for an inspection of the items delivered. If anything is wrong with your order, we want to make it right. Please contact BOGOFOOD Customer Service at 631.688.3088.
If an unforeseeable emergency or significant delay may cause us to postpone a delivery, a BOGOFOOD customer service representative will notify you of your delivery status.
Is there a charge for delivery?
Yes. There is a $20 delivery charge to all East End neighborhoods.
Is there an alternative to home delivery?
Yes, we offer pickup service free of charge from our Bridgehampton, East Hampton, and Montauk PUPs.
Should I tip the driver?
You are not obliged to tip the driver. Our drivers are expected to be courteous and helpful and are not permitted to solicit tips. If you feel that you've received exceptional service, you may indeed offer the driver a gratuity!
What if I am not home to receive my order?
Since we have limited home delivery routes at this time, we may not be able to attempt a redelivery - if we are able to redeliver, a $4.95 redelivery fee will apply. If your order cannot be redelivered, a restocking fee will be assessed equal to 100% of the cost of perishable items, plus 25% of the cost of packaged goods, excluding fees and tax.
